Lindsey Komisin is a Partner at IslerDare P.C.’s Richmond, Virginia office.
Lindsey’s practice focuses on representing employers in state and federal court and advising clients on a variety of labor and employment matters including those arising under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA and state wage and hour laws. Lindsey also has experience in complex litigation and class action litigation matters, including defending misclassification actions. Lindsey also works with her clients to provide preventive advice and counsel on employment law issues.
Prior to joining Isler Dare in 2019, Lindsey practiced with Jackson Lewis in the Richmond, Virginia office. Lindsey graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2012 where she served as the Executive Editor for the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology, as a member of the Moot Court Board, and as a Teaching Assistant.
Lindsey is a Richmond native and is an active member of the Richmond community. While at Washington & Lee, Lindsey earned NCAA All-America accolades as a member of the Women’s Swim Team.
