What is “Management Training”?
It refers to training Human Resources and other professionals to recognize and address employment matters as they arise on a day-to-day basis. We regularly provide training on effectively managing and counseling employees, preventing and addressing sexual harassment, and conducting workplace investigations. The firm also provides training to managers on employee benefits issues, including fiduciary responsibility, HIPAA medical privacy and security, fee disclosure rules, and 409A deferred compensation.
