New Senior Associate

We are pleased to announce that Amy Elizabeth Smith has rejoined the Firm as an Associate in the Richmond office.  Amy litigates cases and advises clients on a range of labor and employment matters including those arising under Title VII, the ADA, the Equal Pay Act, FMLA, and FLSA, as well as state workplace law such as restrictive covenants and common law torts.  Amy also drafts and reviews employee handbooks and policies, restrictive covenants, employment agreements, severance agreements, and settlement agreements.  Amy previously worked in Isler Dare’s Northern Virginia office from 2014-2016.
