New Senior Counsel

IslerDare is pleased to welcome John W. H. Harding as Senior Counsel. John joins the firm from the national firm Winston & Strawn LLP. He has spent a decade practicing law in the areas of commercial litigation, labor and employment law, and government and internal investigations.

John’s practice primarily focuses on the defense of businesses in employment and commercial disputes in federal and state court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation. He also regularly litigates complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, defamation, duty of loyalty, and other business torts and has experience as first chair trial counsel.

John earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as Senior Research and Project Editor for the Virginia Environmental Law Journal. Before law school, John attended Brigham Young University where he received his degree in Political Science with a Minor in Business Management.
